THE NEW ADIDAS ALL DAY APP
Apps rule our lives day-in-and-day-out. They allow us to get a ride on demand, order dinner, and even send out dry cleaning. And for the wellness-minded, apps can transform our workouts, diet, sleep rhythms, and more. They track every bite we eat, every step we take, and every hour we sleep. But there aren’t many apps that take a holistic approach to health and fitness and offer an integrated customer experience, which sits at the core of my PhD research.
Rather than ruling your life, adidas's All Day app shall empower its users to live their best life by inspiring balance amongst athletic performance: movement, nutrition, mindset, and rest. It sounds like an interesting project and seems like a logical step after reading about the company's first-ever future/fit forecast, which I spoke about the other day here.
